90-Day Individual Counseling
For those seeking to make more significant health shifts or to support deeper health or nutrition challenges. During the first 30 days, we will focus on building a supportive nutrition foundation, address vital factors like sleep, stress and movement and make significant progress on lessening health issues and obstacles. The following 60 days will be geared around building sustainable habits, extending progress to supportive areas like botanicals, detoxifying home and personal care as well as meal planning.
We will together develop clear health goals, identify practical nutrition and wellness strategies and create weekly intentions to replace unsupportive habits with those that nourish and sustain.
Results: Discover a whole new level of confidence and freedom about diet and lifestyle choices that can become part of your long-term self-care.
