2 large, ripe tomatoes (Jersey preferred!)
1 tablespoon organic miso paste (I like Eden Foods’ Organic Shiro Miso)
2 tablespoons naturally fermented, raw kimchi or sauerkraut (try a local brand like Hawthorne Valley)
1 handful fresh basil leaves
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional) - like Bragg’s
Blend together in a Vitamix of high-powered blender and enjoy!
