1/2 cucumber, peeled, chopped into big chunks
2 celery stalks, chopped into big chunks
1/2 avocado, peeled
1 lemon, peeled (or unpeeled if your blender can handle it)
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 scoop collagen powder (I like this one) - alternately, use a high-quality pea protein
1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Optional: add 1/2 teaspoon dulse flakes
1-2 cups pure water and ice
Blend and add water and ice to taste. Enjoy!
