Detoxifying Avocado Dip

This dressing is bright and satisfying and supports your body’s natural ability to detoxify. Avocado is rich in fiber and potassium while cilantro is super effective at attracting and cleaning out heavy metals. Make it as is or add more water or oil for a lighter dressing.

Makes 4-6 servings


  • 1 avocado

  • One lemon, peeled and de-seeded

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup pure water

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Blend all ingredients in the food processor. Add extra water or olive oil to taste. Use immediately or store in tightly-sealed container for 2-3 days.
