Watercress Salad with Apple + Avocado

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watercress, washed and dried

  • 1/2 apple, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 avocado, sliced thinly

  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add watercress to your favorite salad bowl.

  2. Grate apple finely into a small jar or bowl. Add vinegar and salt to taste.

  3. Top watercress with avocado and drizzle on dressing. Toss gently.
