Berry Good Belly Smoothie

Set your belly up for a good day ahead by enjoying this fiber-rich, good bacteria boosting smoothie. Also helpful in restoring your gut health after overindulging, recovering from a stressful time or recuperating from a virus or a course of antibiotics.

Ingredients

  • 1 small handful spinach

  • ½ cup dairy-free kefir or dairy-free yogurt, unsweetened

  • 1 oz. aloe vera juice

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (to sweeten)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon ginger root (sub: 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger)

  • 1-2 cups of filtered water, to taste preference

Instructions

Blend in your favorite high-powered blender and enjoy!
