This 6-week program is geared for women over 40 and beyond who are ready to get off the diet roller coaster and make lifelong, sustainable changes using a supportive small successes approach. And the best part is you don’t have to do it alone. Small groups meet weekly via Zoom to learn how to use whole food strategies and mindful eating to boost metabolism, energy and stable mood and help each other stay accountable and supported. Oh… and have fun! You will learn which nutrients and foods are essential for hormone balance and how to easily incorporate them into your everyday life. Each week YOU decide which steps to integrate into your daily life.
