Dark Chocolate Cherry Bliss Bites

This dark chocolate treat is mineral rich and naturally-sweet and contains a secret ingredient to support better sleep and mood!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels

  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, unsulfured, unsweetened

  • 1 cup dates, pitted

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • (Optional) 2 tsp adaptogen blend (I like Four Sigmatic’s Super Adaptogen Blend)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened sunbutter

Instructions

  1. Blend almonds in food processor until finely chopped.

  2. Add chocolate, cherries, dates, cinnamon, sea salt and optional adaptogen blend and mix until coarse

  3. Add sunbutter and blend.

  4. Form into one-inch bites and refrigerate 15 minutes until firm. 

  5. Enjoy for up to a week in the refrigerator or 6 months if frozen.

Note: Sub in pumpkin seeds for almonds to make nut-free
