The Bar Method Summit and LoYa Yoga want to help you reclaim your best self through our all new Shine Bright 21-Day nutrition and lifestyle program with women's health and nutrition counselor Amy Rind, NC.
Shine Bright is a supportive, community-based program focused on facilitating the body’s natural ability to recover and re-energize through a nutrient-dense, whole foods eating approach along with supportive practices like sleep, self-love and mindfulness.
By focusing on your whole self, this program can help you:

Over four weekly live sessions, you will embark on a journey to put yourself first and treat your body and mind respectfully and lovingly.
