Dairy-Free Ranch Dip

Get your dippers ready for this dreamy dunking dressing. Splash in cut-up veggies, spoon it on your favorite sammy or drizzle it over basically any sheet pan or roasted concoction. Easy, yummy and dairy free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy cream cheese (try Kite Hill or Tofutti)

  • Juice from one lemon

  • 1/2 cup minced parsley

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (or similiar)

  • Added sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mince parsley and garlic.

  2. Blend cream cheese + lemon in a small bowl.

  3. Add parsley, garlic and EBTB seasoning.

  4. Serve!

Keeps about one week in the fridge tightly sealed.
